It’s no secret that Fenugreek helps with milk supply. This is a potent tincture that I add just a tough of Blessed Thistle to, to increase supply quickly.
Take 2 droppers full throughout the day, before pumping and nursing.
NOTE- Fenugreek is known to give off a “maple syrup” scent in your body. SO when you can smell that… it’s sufficiently in your system. Increase dosing as nedded.
